In the metalworking sector, there is a coolant trough spindle function, especially on MACHINING CENTERS, some turning applications and special Machining machines.
This important function works by pressing the metal processing oil (collant or neat oil) used in the workbench with a high pressure pump and pressing it with a spindle and passing it through the appropriate tool to the operation point.
As the in-team quenching pressure increases, equipment in the spindle fluid lines (rotary joint, dublin etc.) and high pressure pumps require higher precision filtered coolant / pneat oil. Because foreign solid particles in metalworking fluid cause serious damage to these equipment at high pressures.
