BELT OIL SCRAPER

Waste oils (skids, hydraulics, etc.) accumulated in the coolant tank of machining units are deposited on the surface of the tank due to the difference in density. The formation of bacteria is accelerated in the coolant, which is in contact with air. This event, which reduces the lifetime of the coolant, is prevented by oil scrapers.

Description

  • The oil accumulated on the surface adheres to the rotating belt and is collected in the separation vessel thanks to special oil-resistant scrapers. 
  • It is completely separated from the coolant, which is found in a small amount of waste oil collected in the separation vessel, thanks to this container.

  • The length of the belt may vary according to the liquid level of the tank to be used and the amount of oil to be wiped wide.
  • Provides easy and efficient use where liquid depth is variable
  • The belt material is suitable for boron oil.

  • There is a manual on-off button on the scraper.
